| All sites have oversized concrete patios as well as paved driveways. All sites are full hook-ups. Please see our staff when you check in for sites with 30/50 Amps, we do have others sites that are 20/30amps. We have a special grassy dog walk area and refuse cans for droppings. A storage area is available for boats, jet skis or other extras for a small fee. The sites have phone & cable hook-ups, but at this time are only available through outside sources. We have good antenna reception & great satellite reception. |

The two laundries at each end of the park have adequate number of machines and are bright & cheery with plenty of hot water. We also have a clothesline area for the people who love the fresh "outdoor" smell. Our shower rooms are handicapped accessible with a large shower to accommodate wheel chairs as well as regular sized showers with a good supply of hot water. All facilities are kept supplied and cleaned daily. We have a payphone if you need it. The park is well lit & safe to walk or jog after dark.

| We have a park like setting and near the entrance we have a covered patio for small gatherings. The park is alway alive with plants, flowers & well groomed trees. |
| A lighted shuffle board court is available for adult use. We have bocci equipment. With in blocks of the parks are tennis courts & a recreation center & library which offers internet usage. |
